Erin Lookhart, LMFT
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my mission is to create a
compassionate space where healing and transformation feel possible.
My approach draws deeply on my experiences as a wife, mom, and a
veteran of 16 years in the Army Reserves, all of which have shaped my
understanding of resilience, connection, and the impact of trauma on
individuals and families.
I draw on compassionate inquiry inspired by the work of Gabor Maté,
Internal Family Systems (IFS), and solution-focused techniques. These
approaches allow me to guide clients toward greater self-awareness,
emotional healing, and lasting change by uncovering the deeper
patterns that influence their lives and relationships. Having worked
extensively with individuals, couples, and families—including military
and veteran populations—I understand the complexities of navigating
stress, transitions, and trauma.
My practice is rooted in a strength-based perspective, honoring the
innate wisdom and courage each person brings to their healing
journey. Whether you’re seeking support for past trauma, struggling
with life’s challenges, or hoping to build a more meaningful connection
with yourself and others, I am here to walk alongside you with empathy
and understanding.
